Apprenticeship Pathway Program

Intuit Cohort 2024

The Apprenticeship Pathway Program (APP) increases the representation of Black, Latino, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, women, and nonbinary people in the tech industry.

Applications are open until July 28

What Makes Our Program Different?

  • Beginner-friendly: Some previous exposure to tech is advantageous. If you are interested in becoming a software developer, we strongly encourage you to apply!
  • Learn & Earn: Instead of paying thousands of dollars upfront or losing a percentage of your future earnings to pay back your bootcamp, this program is free, and you will get paid to learn software development.
  • Hybrid Program: The Learning Phase of this program is remote. As a Learner, you will receive hardware, software, and other resources to create an accommodating virtual learning environment. Upon successful completion of the Learning Phase, Learners will convert into Apprentices and integrate into Intuit’s hybrid workplace, collaborating in person with their team at the Intuit office in Mountain View or San Diego.
  • Launch a New Career: Upon program completion, you may have an opportunity to start a full-time tech career at Intuit.

The Apprenticeship Pathway Program is a full-time job! As a participant, you are expected to prioritize the program and your success from the start of the Learning Phase through the completion of the Apprenticeship Phase. This requires that the program be your sole commitment as you are taking the step to start your new career in tech.
