On Thursday, November 25 at 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. IST (Indian Standard Time), we hosted “Coffee with Coaches – Mental Wellness Part 1”. We kick-started a new mental wellness series for the next three months.
For part 1 of the series, attendees learned strategies for growing their three core mental muscles to thrive in challenging times. The goal was to improve their “Thinking Fitness” that can help in these areas:
- work-life balance
- productivity and performance
- impactful leadership
- and more
We have collaborated with a trained coach to help improve mental wellness, in which attendees can realize their own abilities, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully, and make a contribution to their community.
