About

Join AnitaB.org for this unique one-day experience bringing together innovators across the tech industry. Women in tech, DEI and HR professionals, government employees, executives, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, community-based organizations, activists, students, and artists will collaborate to create transformative and radical solutions for some of the most persistent and pressing issues in the industry: the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in tech. The Innovation CO-LAB will launch in Los Angeles, CA with a focus on women of color (WOC) and will also highlight WOC founders and entrepreneurs.

The AnitaB.org Innovation CO-LAB is a must-attend experience that is expected to sell out. Sessions, panels, workshops, and demos have been carefully curated to create an interactive experience that will engage your creativity, spark your curiosity, challenge your perceptions, and invite you to implement real change in your own organizations and communities.

Creating an accessible and inclusive experience for all of our participants and speakers is important to us at AnitaB.org.

Our host city, Los Angeles, is considered one of the most accessible cities in the country. The Novo is accessible via public transportation and is equipped with elevators, ramps, accessible restroom stalls, and accessible seating. In addition, we will maintain quiet spaces available for individuals who need sensory breaks. And, as a participant, you will have an opportunity to request ADA accommodations (e.g., ASL interpreter, etc.) when you register.
