Looking for the best workplaces for women? The website Comparably, which monitors compensation and culture within organizations, asked women to vote for the top companies to work for. One of the organizations that made the list was GoDaddy, a winner of our 2015 Top Companies for Women Technologists program, which recognizes workplaces where women technologists can thrive. GoDaddy also made our 2016 and 2017 Top Companies Change Alliance.
“[Former GoDaddy CEO Blake Irving] made a very dedicated and concerted effort both internally and publicly to dramatically change the GoDaddy culture and specifically move as far away from their sexist past,” said Comparably’s CEO Jason Nazar. Blake spoke about creating change within GoDaddy during his keynote speech at the 2015 Grace Hopper Celebration, earning him a standing ovation.
