To reach our goal, AnitaB.org has taken many new steps recently, including having one-on-one conversations with company leaders about their diversity data and acquiring Wogrammer to promote stories of women in tech. We are also improving our current initiatives, such as our Grace Hopper Celebration, to ensure they are more inclusive.
