She and the staff of AnitaB.org are working hard to achieve our goal of intersectional tech equity by 2025, and to create a world that no longer needs organizations like ours to help people understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

To reach our goal, AnitaB.org has taken many new steps recently, including having one-on-one conversations with company leaders about their diversity data and acquiring Wogrammer to promote stories of women in tech. We are also improving our current initiatives, such as our Grace Hopper Celebration, to ensure they are more inclusive.
