As a coach and consultant, Alyce focuses on executive leadership coaching, change management, learning and development and talent management. In addition to the implementation of MIT’s diversity and inclusion strategy, Alyce has led other successful change initiatives: implementation of an enterprise wide system. She has coached leaders in higher education involving Stanford, UC Berkeley and University of Pennsylvania. Alyce continues a long history of also coaching leaders at MIT through the Leader to Leader Program. Additionally, she supports and facilitates the ongoing leadership lessons and opportunities for co-hort based leaders at MIT.
