As a nonprofit, we at AnitaB.org need your help to fulfill our mission of 50/50 tech equity by 2025. Please #SupportAnitaB365 and help us raise $500,000 this year so we can launch our new programs and provide year-round resources to our global community. Together, we can move the needle and change the future of tech.
Intersectional tech equity cannot happen unless leaders focus on improving policies to protect the rights of their workers. Unfortunately, decisions such as the announcement that the EEOC would no longer collect pay data threaten any progress made in closing the pay gap. Learn how you can engage with AnitaB.org to improve policies and advocate for 50/50 intersectional tech equity by 2025.
Top Companies for Women Technologists is a national program that recognizes companies committed to building workplaces where women technologists can thrive. We had 76 companies participate in this year's program. Learn which three companies earned the highest score, and how you can participate in the 2020 program.
In 2018, AnitaB.org made a commitment to intentionally expand our efforts to engage women of color. Now, Amazon joins IBM in funding women from Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) to attend our 2019 Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC). We challenge other companies to match their donations to support MSI women technologists’ attendance at GHC and commit a representative to an on-site GHC conversation of strategies to further band together in support for women of color.
A rising percentage of tech leaders are creating programs to retain and recruit more female talent. Learn more about their efforts to increase diversity.
