OFFICIAL RULES
PLEASE REVIEW THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
1. No purchase necessary. Anita Borg Institute for Technology (“AnitaB.org”) will conduct a Promotion for up to give 25% off to the Responsible AI Certification and Training (“RAIC”) program. AnitaB.org is the party responsible for the RAIC program and discount and will utilize these rules (the “Official Rules”). The promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration (the “Registrant(s)”). This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
2. All individuals who register for the GHC 2025 by purchasing between September 22, 2025 6:00AM PT through September 26, 2025 11:59PM PT (the “Promotion Period”), by purchasing a GHC 2025 General Admission or VIP ticket through the official registration platform will automatically receive a code for twenty-five percent (25%) off the purchase price of a registration for the RAIC event (the “Discount Code”). All registrations must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Registrations generated by any other means not outlined in these Official Rules are prohibited and will be automatically disqualified.
3. The information submitted with your registration entry will only be used by AnitaB.org in accordance with applicable data protection regulation and the Privacy Policy of AnitaB.org, for the purposes of administrating your participation in the promotion and/or AnitaB.org events. 4. All eligible registrants will be awarded one promotional code which equates to 25% the list price of the RAIC program. Promotional codes are non-transferrable and have no cash equivalent.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. The conduct of the promotion is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America and any applicable state laws, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. The promotion is void where prohibited by law. Each eligible registrant will be notified by email.The Discount Code will remain valid until December 31, 2026, after which time the Discount Code will be rendered null and void. In the event of noncompliance, if the registrant cannot be reached at the email address submitted with registration/at the event, or if the promotional code or email notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the promotional rate will be forfeited. No alternative or substitution will be offered. No transfer is permitted. Limit one code per person. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Event Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct, and the decisions of AnitaB.org are final and binding in all respects. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. In the event of a dispute, all registrations will be deemed to be made by the holder of the email account associated with the registration. All claims rating in any manner to this promotion or to any registration must be resolved in the federal or state courts in San Mateo County, California.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All registrants release AnitaB.org, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with AnitaB.org, and the promotion from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the promotion and/or acceptance or use of the Discount Code, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. AnitaB.org is not responsible for registrations that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on‐line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to registrant’s or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the promotion. AnitaB.org assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the promotion. AnitaB.org assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including lost, late or misdirected registrations. AnitaB.org is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any registrants. Registrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and any prizes won will be forfeited. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned, including without limitation infection of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of AnitaB.org which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, AnitaB.org reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and Discount Code without liability.
