On Thursday, December 16 , at 12 p.m. PT/3 p.m. ET, we hosted an Elevating Conversation on “2021 Reflections: Reimagining the Future of Tech with Members of the AnitaB.org Board of Trustees.”
Nearly two years into the global pandemic, many of us have found ourselves longing to go “back to normal,” but if we want to see true progress in the tech industry and the world, we must envision a NEW normal. One that will allow us to use our new-found skills to create a tech ecosystem where the people who build technology mirror the people and societies for whom they build it.
In our fall finale of Elevating Conversations, members of the AnitaB.org Board of Trustees discussed what it will take to diversify access and establish equity in the tech industry, and shared what’s to come for AnitaB.org as we look ahead to 2022.
