The team at AnitaB.org manages the following for ease and flow:
- Apprentice Recruitment for APP cohorts and providing the partner with regular updates.
- Admissions & Selection of candidates with the partner’s identified requirements in mind.
- Onboarding and communication of next steps to those accepted into the program to coordinate completion of all requirements prior to their start date.
- The Learning Phase, where we support participants, ensuring they are on track for completion and matriculation into the Apprenticeship Phase.
- The Apprenticeship Phase, where we collaborate closely with the partner and continue to provide support to apprentices, as needed.
- Wraparound Support provides Premium Membership benefits to all participants and regular program evaluation to measure impact.
Key Program Components Include:
- Learn & Earn: Participants earn a living wage while cultivating technical skills.
- Technical Upskilling: Participants receive certification in the subject area at no cost to them.
- Cohort Learning Model: Participants learn and work in a cohort with their peers where they create a supportive community and help each other succeed.
