  • Apprentice Recruitment: AnitaB.org drives the recruitment for APP cohorts while providing the partner with regular updates. 
  • Admissions & Selection: AnitaB.org manages the admissions process and selection of candidates with the partner’s identified requirements in mind. 
  • Onboarding: AnitaB.org communicates next steps to those accepted into the program to coordinate completion of all requirements prior to their start date. 
  • Learning Phase: AnitaB.org leads the Learning Phase to support participants, ensuring they are on track for completion and matriculation into the Apprenticeship Phase. 
  • Apprenticeship Phase: AnitaB.org collaborates closely with the partner and continues to provide support to apprentices, as needed. 
  • Wraparound Support: AnitaB.org provides Premium Membership benefits to all participants and regular program evaluation to measure impact.
