CLICK HERE to open the Canva Template.
Open the Canva template and scroll to the desired email signature. The email signatures are arranged in chronological order.
Update the email signature with your name, pronouns, title, and phone number.
1. Click the DOWNLOAD menu in the upper right corner.
2. Tick the box of the signature you want to download.
3. Click DONE.
4. Click DOWNLOAD.
In Outlook, open a new message and click EDIT SIGNATURES.
Click the + to add a signature.
